Terms and conditions

• • All fees, quotes, and invoices provided by studyingermany.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). For digital currency payments, the LKR amount will be converted to the equivalent amount in the chosen digital currency based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.o The exchange rate is determined by studyingermany.lk in partnership with trusted digital currency exchange providers, calculated at the exact time of payment.
• • Transaction fees, including any blockchain or network fees associated with the digital currency transfer, are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure sufficient funds to cover both the invoice amount and transaction fees.
• • Due to digital currency volatility, payments must be completed within a specific time frame (e.g., within 30 minutes) from the issuance of the LKR-to digital currency conversion rate to maintain accuracy. If the payment is not completed within this period, a new quote may be required.
• • Delays or incomplete payments may result in additional conversion calculations and fees.
• • Refunds for payments made with digital currency will be processed in LKR at the initial payment’s exchange rate. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, and studyingermany.lk is not liable for any fluctuations in the digital currency value during this period.
• • In the event of an overpayment, any excess amount will be refunded in LKR.
• • Payment is considered complete only when the transaction is confirmed on the respective blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, or BNB Chain). Any delays in confirmation due to network congestion or other issues beyond studyingermany.lk’s control will affect the timing of payment recognition.
• • Studyingermany.lk reserves the right to accept or decline specific transactions or payments in digital currency for operational or security reasons.
• • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring accuracy in payment details, including wallet address, amount, and currency type. Incorrect or incomplete payments may result in delays or additional fees, and studyingermany.lk is not liable for any errors in payment information submitted by the customer.
